License Agreement

Overview

This License Agreement governs your use of beats and music products purchased from 808SEERE. By purchasing a license, you agree to the terms outlined below.

License Types

What You Can Do

• Record vocals over the beat
• Release the finished song commercially
• Perform the song live
• Upload to streaming platforms
• Use in videos and other media
• Distribute within your license limits

What You Cannot Do

• Resell or redistribute the original beat
• Claim ownership of the beat
• Use the beat without vocals
• Exceed your license limits
• Remove producer credits
• Use for multiple artists without separate licenses
• Modify the beat structure without permission

Crediting Requirements

All licenses require proper crediting of 808SEERE as the producer. Credits must include:

• Producer: 808SEERE
• In liner notes, streaming platforms, and promotional materials
• Visible and clearly readable

Failure to provide proper credits may result in license termination.

License Transfer

Licenses are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your license to another party. Each artist or project requires its own license.

Exclusive Rights

All licenses are non-exclusive, meaning 808SEERE retains the right to license the same beat to other artists. If you need exclusive rights, please contact us for custom pricing.

License Violations

Violation of this agreement may result in:

• Immediate license termination
• Legal action for copyright infringement
• Removal of content from platforms
• Monetary damages

Refunds and Cancellations

All license purchases are final and non-refundable. Once a license is purchased and the beat is downloaded, no refunds will be issued.
